Michael brings a strategic, solutions-driven approach to real estate shaped by a background in finance, large-scale project management, and military service. As a former Finance & Project Manager with Amgen Inc., he led complex, high-value initiatives — including serving as the U.S. lead on a $400 million enterprise software project in Europe — where navigating risk, timelines, and competing interests was part of the daily work. That experience translates directly to real estate transactions requiring clarity, structure, and decisive execution.
A graduate of Pepperdine University on a Dean’s academic scholarship, Michael is known for his analytical mindset and meticulous attention to detail. He excels in situations involving distressed assets, inherited properties, financial hardship, and time-sensitive decisions, helping clients evaluate all available options and move forward with confidence.
Michael also served six years in the United States Marine Corps, where discipline, accountability, and follow-through were non-negotiable. These principles define his real estate practice today — particularly when guiding clients through complex or emotionally charged situations where trust and discretion matter most.
As a member of Compass, Michael combines deep local market knowledge with advanced data tools and a hands-on advisory approach to help investors and homeowners solve problems efficiently — whether that means preparing a property for market, structuring a strategic sale, or exploring alternative solutions tailored to the client’s goals.
Angela is a longtime Coachella Valley resident who made La Quinta her home and built deep roots in the community. She brings decades of hands-on experience in property care, operations, and client service, having built and operated a successful local property services business focused on high standards, reliability, and trust.
Her background in hospitality and home services has given her a strong understanding of how properties function behind the scenes, from coordinating vendors and overseeing logistics to maintaining private residences with care and discretion. Fluent in English and Spanish, Angela is known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and people-first approach. As a co-founder of Michaelangela LLC, she is committed to serving the Coachella Valley with integrity, clear communication, and hands-on care.
